Located at 2398 FM 1235 in Merkel, Windmill RV Park is known for its extra-long pull-through pad sites, convenient access to I-20, and practical amenities designed for everyday living.
Windmill also includes 35 tiny homes that are currently fully pre-leased for corporate housing. They are not being marketed for public leasing at this time.

Windmill is especially attractive for monthly and extended stays because the park layout allows easy access, long pull-throughs, and practical day-to-day amenities.
Electricity is billed separately and charged at the end of each month. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If nobody answers, guests should leave a message and management will return the call.
